Jana Kramer became famous on TV, in which she portrayed Alex on One Tree Hill's final three years. The show showcased her first albums as country music, propelling her 2012 debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. The follow-up 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. The decade ended with participation on Dancing with the Stars. It was 2021 when The Doubting Voices made its debut. In 2011 she debuted the contemporary music video for the love song of a country singer I Won't Let Go. The song was later featured in Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in 2012. The track ranked fifth on Billboard Top Country Albums. The singer focused her attention on her singing career while still acting she acted in movies that drew her followers including Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. In October of 2015, Kramer released Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville. It received a boost from Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy and in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album peaked at third place on the Billboard 200 country charts and at number 10 on the Billboard 200. Starting in September 2016, she spent two months on the season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, that ended in fourth-place finish. It was also the year that she scored an adult-contemporary success with her song Feels like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
