Since 2007 she has been judge for the television talent show Britain's Got Talent on ITV. Jamie Theakston and Holden co-host the Heart Breakfast radio program on the weekdays. Holden was born in Portsmouth, Hampshireand spent much of her youth in Bishop's Waltham, and aged nine she joined Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden also has TV credits, including three shows together with Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham on the comedy Kiss Me Kate, three episodes of ITV's The Grimleys and Celeb With Harry Enfield, and a special Agatha Christie episode "4.50 from Paddington" to celebrate Boxing Day. In Ready When You Are Mr. McGill by Jack Rosenthal she appeared alongside Bill Nighy, Tom Courtenay and Aleha Dixon. Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are judges on Britain's Got Talent. She joined the show in 2006.
